Words won’t be able to do justice how strong my recommendation is for Realty Design Associates. I hired Realty to perform a renovation + design for a property I bought in Lodi, CA. I live 500 miles away and I was a bit nervous initially about the idea of doing a decent size renovation while living so far away from the property but Realty earned my full trust from Day 1 and always had my best interest at heart throughout the entire project. They took the time at the beginning of the project to ask good questions and truly understand what my goals were for the project…and then managed the project and made recommendations that gave me the best chance of achieving my goals. There were several times throughout the project where Realty could have recommended a more expensive option of getting something done but they said it wasn’t worth the expense given my goals and instead proposed a more cost effective approach. In my experience, it’s very rare to find a company who conducts business in this way — the right way with the customer at the front and center. The entire team is incredibly hard-working, talented, humble, communicative, and just great human beings that you enjoy spending time with. There were countless times that Realty went above and beyond to add value beyond the scope of the project and I’ll always be grateful for that. Last but not least, the quality of their work is nothing short of outstanding. The proof is in the pudding as their work sells itself. Since the project was finished, the visitors I’ve had over to the house have been in awe at the final product and many have asked who did the construction and design…at which I proudly gave Realty’s name and highly recommend if they ever have a construction/design project they need help with.

Realty Design completed a whole home major renovation on our 1936 home. The advantage of a working with a designer who is a contractor was that we were able to have someone with the vision to see what was possible and the ability design it in a way that fit our style, complemented the home and was timeless with a lux feel. Our daily lives have been dramatically improved by the increased flow, high-quality construction and attention to detail. Every step of the process exceeded our expectations despite the major supply chain issues in 2021.

The Realty Design team are amazing! We recently had them install a whole house fan. They found us a great model within our budget and it’s so quiet. They are professional and upfront. You know you’re getting great service and not swindled! We go back to them again and again for all our home improvement needs from house remodeling to custom wine cabinet to new tankless hot water heater! Can’t wait to work with them in the future!

We are thrilled with our newly remodeled bathrooms and so glad to have gone with Realty Designs. From design to completion, Leslie and Heather, the dynamic team behind Realty, were professional, efficient, dependable, flexible, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Their quality of work and note to detail is top notch. We totally gutted two of three bathrooms and did a refresh of a third. I wanted a beach cottage feel for our guest bath, a clean updated look for the powder, and an entirely new look for the upstairs bathroom. Realty took my ideas and pulled together looks that I’m proud to share. I’m already planning my next project and can’t wait to get started.

Realty Design Associates, Inc. just completed a major remodel of my house (almost 7 months). I was kept well informed throughout the process from initial design to completed remodel. Every subcontractor was professional and personable. A neighbor, and good friend, is a general contractor. He stopped in numerous times during construction and was always impressed with the high quality of craftsmanship. I could not be happier with the completed project. My house is truly a showcase.

Leslie and team did an excellent job at making the remodel and 700 sq. ft. addition on our 65 year old home become a reality. Creativity and out of the box thinking were key factors that got us thru some challenges when dealing with a home of this age and with years of patchwork. Our remodel and addition included fresh paint, new doors, matched and refinished baseboards, refurnished hardwood floors, 2 top of line bathrooms, a TON of tile and marble work, repaired/refreshed/new lighting throughout, a new roof, and so many other “little” things. The thoughtful touches and design expertise is something you don’t always find in a “contractor”. I see Realty Design as the best of both world, building contractor and designer in one package! We love our expanded and refreshed home.

The complete remodel was an excellent experience. Leslie had the project up and running with sub-contractors in a matter of days. She was always onsite to make sure progress was as promised or to address any questions. She provided 110% constantly and consistently from start to finish. The kitchen project was smaller but still her dedication and consistency was there to provide the best possible approach to any situation that came into play. She takes pride in your job and it shows thru to the workmanship she supplies through, ideas, concepts, sub contractors, internal workers, time restraints, etc.

Amazing outcome! I feel like the quality of the work is excellent. If a problem arose (which they always do with old houses) they handled it promptly and efficiently. Fair, trustworthy, and dedicated to please the customer!

Leslie and Heather are a fabulous team! They worked with our to-do list and budget. We got quality products that fit our style and our price range. Any delays or changes were well communicated and always resolved. We’re going to use them again for our bathroom remodel!
